Allow themes to change background music #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change to another theme

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
if the theme has an music file included and is referenced in the theme settings 
then change the background music to that file.

What version of the product are you using?
v70r65

Please provide any additional information below.

Need to allow the "music=" option to specified in the theme.txt file.
