damage gamecube isos #88

Cfg usb loader mod svn r47

when use diosmios 2.2. Appears Fatal error apploader size is zero. AND DAMAGE 
THE ISO for example (Mario kart double dash)

GM4E01\
game.iso = 1.425.760
sys =125 KB

==============After the error=============================

GM4E01\
game.iso = 0KB
sys =125KB

and another bin file is generated
in the root
lastcopied.bin (i believe that is the name i dont remeber)

the svn 45 not produce this error
