What nand is used (4.1/4.2/4.3)(E/U/J/K)?

In which way is Neek2o started (Priiloader/Channel/HBC)?
priiloader->postloader->nswitch v1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start a channel/game/app
2.
3.

What is the expected output?
channel/game/app

What do you see instead?
black screen.

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes after I restart the Wii after a black screen, the game/channel/app 
immidietly starts instead of the system menu.

When starting a game, i rather get in joyflow a black screen than in the disc 
channel.

Whenever the black screen appears, there's no drive blinking anymore.

Added ehci retry code in rev 89. This should fix issues for slower hdd's
