What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set TV ouput to 480p
2. Powercycle Wii

What is the expected output?
Wii to boot at 480p

What do you see instead?
576i

Please provide any additional information below.
Seems to be working fine with a new NAND, but will fail eventually :(
