The update to play on line for Call of Duty won't download.

In which way is Neek2o started (Priiloader/Channel/HBC)?
Not relevant

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start COD MW3
2.Goto mutiplayer 
3.Select MW3 online

What is the expected output?
Update to play online should be downloaded

What do you see instead?
After the message that there is an update needed to play online and the 
question to download it...nothing happens and you get in some sort of loop 
where the game gives a popup with a NOTE (blank)..and then tries again to 
download the update..but can't.

Please provide any additional information below.

This seems t be fixed by Crediar in his neek r186
