Make a check to see if the nands changed.. #5

Try to tell as detailed as possible what you think is a good idea or
improvement:

Now it is always needed to delete NANDCFG.BIN if something is changed in the 
nand folder, for instance when the folder name changed or another nand is added.

But is it possible to add a check to see if something is changed and if so, 
delete the NANDCFG.BIN automatically or edit it?

That would be a nice improvement.
