Queue feature request - Queue timeout, resume next

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Queue an element which is not likely to get past "parsing" or "please
wait" and queue another element which will download no prob.
2. Execute queue

What is the expected output? 
First queued element is marked as undownloadable, and next element is
downloaded.

What do you see instead?
Queue freezes on first element, and does not fail and continue next.  state
the same hours later.  Queue'd list is in hietas.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.9.1.  Xbox XBMC, 9.10
