optional feature to not dowlnoad thumbnails

Playlists will not load faster because thumbs are loaded when a mediaitem is 
selected. I will save minimum memory, a better alterative is to limit the 
playlist size to 100 items. I think that xbmc for xbox has a memory leak that 
is responsible for the errors. 
We need to investiagete this further.

Yes this option will be added in a later release of Navi-X. Considered low prio.
