Download always have name of extension

When you download something and the name of file is to long. It always cuts of 
the last letters of file. I would rather see that is not cuts of letter of 
extension.

This was done because XBOX has limited file length. But for other platforms 
this is not needed. I will refine the solution.

But since xbmc xbox splitting up. I would think you maybe would make a 
xbmc4xbox and a xbmc addons version? 
If so, the limit of file length is only done for xbox. So u would take a way 
the limit on xbmc addons version?
And on Xbox I would request even if the limit of file length has passed. And 
you  would download and save this file without renaming. The extension of a 
file would never be cut off.
