Request retry download #37

XBMC Navi-X script 3.4

Often a file doesn't want to download on first attempt.
I wish this files are stored maybe in another playlist and you could retry to 
download the files

Navi-X 3.5. Added a retry option if the download fails. These files remain in 
the download queue though.
