defualt background text file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.At this moment when you open a text file. You will get by defualt a black 
background.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I wish the defualt background is a more lighter image or a prettier image.

What is your proposal for changing this? It is already possible to set the 
background for a text file like this:

background=image.jpg
URL=http://....
#

If no background image is set then the default image is used.

When opening a text file or view playlists source this results into a black 
image.

I would think, I would get the defualt background stored in settings.dat
My proposal is to use this defualt background also for opening a text file and 
view playlists source.

You can override the text file background with your own file now. Ticket closed.
