Compatibility of ATV 2g remote menu button (as a back button)

A single click of menu button on the ATV 2g remote does not cause a "back" 
function in Navi-X.

Expect a "back" function to occur, nothing happens on single click. 

XBMC pre-11.0 Git 20110808-6b994c5
ATV 4.2.2
Navi-X 3.7

The back function works as designed in XBMC.  
The iPhone XBMC remote app back function works as designed in Navi-X.
Pressing and holding the menu button causes the context menu to come up on a 
media item in Navi-X.

I expect this to be a XBMC v11 issue. I will analyze and fix this. Thanks for
