Resident Evil Code Veronica freezes when playng #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open a door
2.pick up an item

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Play the game without freezing or having black screens

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
Revision 127, on Wii                                                            

Please provide any additional information below.
When I start playing, the game freezes when I walk into a door, and when an 
item caught the screen goes black
