R131 usb setting always on! #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Nintendont, goto settings. Usb setting is on.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My gamecube controller is deactivated if I start a game without turning off the 
Usb setting  first.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
R131

Please provide any additional information below.
As of the time I'm writing this message, R131 is the only version having this 
problem.
