Chrono Cross Does not start #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.No options make a difference
2.starting the game will make you stay at set-up screen
3.resume is not working either

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It doesn't work

What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? On what console?
2.1 Beta

Are you using HLE BIOS or a real BIOS (SCPH1001, etc)?
BOth

Which core type is being used, Dynamic Recompiler or Interpreter?
either one doesn't work

Please provide any additional information below.
the game does not start.

Works fine on my end. Is this NTSC or PAL? And also, are you loading from an SD 
card, DVD-R or SMB (network)? It would also help to know whether or not you're 
using the most recent version or the Homebrew Channel.
