Run disc can not run GC discs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert any gamecube disc
2. Select "Run disc"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should run the game, it is a retail. Instead, it will bring me back to 
postloader, as if it failed to run/did not find the game.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.b33(same issue from 4.b30)

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried to see if this is a dios mios or wii issue by reverting the mios to 
normal and testing the disc loader in the wii menu and different loaders, which 
all worked.
