Alternate partitions appear empty

I was very happy to see that newer versions of SGMGX show multiple partitions 
available in the selection box! However, only the first partition is appears to 
be actually readable. My additional partitions (one which is FAT32, the other 
NTFS) show empty lists, despite having directories on them. The first is marked 
primary/active, but the others are still normal (not extended) partitions.

If it helps: I have no problem selecting any partition on WiiXplorer.

Using version r120. I can provide a SysCheck report if necessary.
