Super Paper Mario/Wii Party fixes not working in UNEEK-DI #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Paper Mario
OR
2. Start Wii Party and select Chopper Hoppers from the minigame list (on the 4 
player free play minigame list its the 2nd page middle row all the way on the 
right)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is Super Paper Mario to start or the Wii Party minigame to 
start.  Instead Super Paper Mario freezes at the wiimote screen and Wii Party 
ends with a "can't read from disc" error.  SNEEK-DI from the same revision runs 
the same copies of both games perfectly

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?
