dvdcommand failed with : 04052000

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The screen while dumping a original game.
Instead of this screen, i see a message of error like "dvdcommand failed".

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?

When i want to dump a game, i have this message of error :
"dvdcommand failed with : 04052000".
It's the same when i want to launch a ISO game with di module.

My black wii is on 4.1 firm.
My nand backup is up-to-date with 4.3.

What could say this error?

Sorry, i have make a mistake for launching a game.
I don't have the same message.
I see in a very short time the first white screen for wiimotes.
But, after, i see a blackscreen with a message proposing to me to reset my wii.
