icefilms plugin broken #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. navigate to any video on wiimc with the plugin
2. you are told to move along

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it to work like gogocinema or any of the other megavideo based plugins.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using the Ubuntu 11.04 version from the install script. Had to manually chmod 
the /opt/vlc-shares directory for it to work at all because the install script 
fails part way through.

Please provide any additional information below.

I think this was caused by a change in the way icefilms encoded their webpages. 
The same problem occurred with the xbmc icefilms plugin. This plugin has since 
been fixed. You might be able to use their code to fix vlc-shares

I don't know how they fix it, but a fix for vlc-shares shouldn't be hard to do. 
I only need a bit of time to work on.

The problem was created by an update in the icefilms site code.

Update to new version 0.2.1 of Icefilms plugin and 0.3.1 of Megavideo plugin 
(and/or Real-Debrid 0.1.1 plugin if you use it)
