Another problem with the covers.
I am Spanish and I do not speak good English. I will use google translator xD
I read the other problems with the covers but can not solve mine.

SD empty, download and get into it Wiiflow (I tested 45 and 92). Run on the 
wii, It read all my games:
1ºIt not download any cover art, however I have connection and online gaming.
2ºI download it from WiiTDB manually with the ID of the game in apps / Wiiflow 
/ boxcovers and not read.

what I can do? I will do what you tell me

r45 had bugged urls for covers. you must delete the cover url lines from your 
wiiflow.ini and run r92.

Also check what path to your boxcovers and covers folders are in your 
wiiflow.ini, they should point to where you saved your covers.
