Ability to download & update themes from WiiFlow ! #227

First of all, I know it looks like Issue10 but it's not exactly the same ^^

I could be useful and very interresting to add the ability to download & update 
themes from WiiFlow !
People will don't need to remove SD/USB anymore to update or download new 
themes !

Moreover, here is the link of 21 themes for Wiiflow, I know there are not 
compatible with v2.1 but if you contact the autors, it could be cool to have a 
lot of choice for themes in Wiiflow ;)
