There should be an option alwaysShowControls such that when controls==true && 
alwaysShowControls==true, the controls do not hide after mouseOut.

Added a new property named "detectActivity" which defaults to true, but the 
application can set it to false. If false, it will disable mouse activity 
detection, and hence will not hide the control bar.
This will be available in version 2.0 soon.
