$.plot is not a function

[GoogleCodeExporter]

The $.plot function is called within the callback of a getJSON call. Most
of the time this fails with the error above.

It works consistently with a new window or using control F5 to refresh the
page but a regular refresh or called from the onChange event of a select
box the error is shown.

The is being tested in Firefox 3.6.3 but I have experienced the same error
with different wording in IE6. These are the two browsers available to me.

I have attached the file with the issue.

I'm not sure how to close this issue but I have resolved it. It was in fact to 
do
with a reload of jquery in the menu.html page load.
