Preset values of Insurance Type and Frequency do not share the same case-sensitivity rules. #4

When adding a new policy, the policy type is case-insensitive, whereas the frequency is case-sensitive.

This is inconvenient for the user since they might sometimes enter Monthly instead of the required monthly keyword.

Team's Response

While the flexibility could have been improved, it is stated within the user guide which fields and case sensitive and which are not. The error messages also guide the users in a specific way to input the correct fields. As such, it should not be considered a bug.
