`add` and `edit` Client commands do not talk about duplicates #9

In the UG, the add and edit commands do not talk about what happens when a duplicate name/duplicate profile is added. This is not mentioned anywhere else in the UG.

As a result, I had to figure out via trial and error that I could add 2 profiles with the same name, as long as their address, email and phone are not exact matches.

We acknowledge this bug, however we feel that the severity should be severity.Low as this case will happen in rare situations.

It is normal SOP for professional financial advisors would input the client's full name into the application, and it is very rare that two clients would have the same full name.
