Save As bug: cannot save/export "Points from Table" output #143

1) Open any table-only data source
2) Select Tools > Shape > Points from Table and add a points layer to the 
current project
3) Save As does not permit saving to a non-table-only format
4) Export does not allow going from a table to a non-table format

Solution Proposed: 

1) The user should always be able to go from a table to a table+geometry format 
using Export.  There is no logical reason to restrict this direction.

2) In addition to the Export fix, would be nice if Save As allowed saving to a 
Geometry layer.  However, as an interm solution, the following is suggested: 
when the user attempts to "Save As", a warning dialog should come up suggesting 
that the user use Export to a format that supports geometry.  In fact, if the 
user attempts to save or export to any format that doesn't support geometry, a 
warning dialog should be raised telling the user that the geometry layer will 
be lost.

tested import and save/export using Paloma-Adelaide data: worked as expected.

what didn't work is the .gda project file that's created during the exporting: 
It's created but when you try to open it, you get the attached error message.

bug was identified and fixed in ci 3717.

tested this again with the same dataset from July 14 (Paloma Adelaide) and it 
works now.

Warning message still needs to be added for sqlite, csv, and dbf: Please note 
that the format you chose only exports the data table, not the geometry.
