Correlogram: right click options menu not work #172

suspect the right click options menu has not yet been implemented; this may 
need to be done

Can't replicate this issue in Mac OSX 10.8 and windows. In my tests, the right 
click menu shows two items: Change Parameters/Show Status bar.

Needs to confirm this issue.

Issue confirmed:

1. Open a shapefile
2. Click "Correlogram", by default, the "Correlogram parameters" dialog is 
showed up
3. Close "Correlogram Parameters" dialog
4. right click on correlogram window --> there is no menu showed up

Will be fixed in next build.
