Crash for create points from table #62

In GeoDa 1.5.12 create points from table does not seem to work.
Case:
- use a dbf file with three additional columns derived from Columbus
  (columns are a zero column, and the standardized crime and hoval).
- Tools > Shape > Points from table, select the standardized crime and
  hoval as the y and x, then program crashes (no map).
- map works in 1.4

However, map does not work in 1.5 or 1.4 when one of the variables consists
of zeros. There is no reason this should not work: the points should be on a 
line.
Somehow, in 1.4, this creates a blank map. In 1.5 it doesn't work at all (see 
above).

There are currently many bugs in 1.5.12 since this is still a pre-alpha 
release.  Most of these issues are transient and will go away in the next week.
