Export Selected: Distorted projection for some shapefiles #91

Using GeoDa 1.5.26

1) Download the Statistics Canada 2011 Census Subdivision Shapefile:
http://www12.statcan.gc.ca/census-recensement/2011/geo/bound-limit/files-fichier
s/gcsd000b11a_e.zip

2) Open shapefile and select all observations for one province, for example
Alberta.

3) Export Selected for single province to either shapefile or some OGR format.

4) Open subset and notice that province is very distorted from the original

The first image shows the original shapefile. The highlighted area is the
province of Alberta. The second file shows the result of exporting the
highlighted area.

For comparison, here is the same file in GML format. Notice that exporting a
subset of this doesn't result in distortion:

This is a bug actually. I've pinned it and am fixing it now. Thanks.
