Setting the alarm hour is not easy #210

Before going to sleep, I'm launching Electricsleep. But my waking hours is 
different everyday. Setting the alarm is quite cumbersome.

I would like to:

1. Launch ElectricSleep
2. See, proeminently, the next alarm hour (or hour range)
3. Be able to change it immediately (without entering into a config screen or 
something like that).

Ideally, the alarm hour would be displayed like a "barrel counter" and I would 
only have to change it (if needed). By default, it would always be the hour of 
the previous alarm.
