Replace fontawesome with pure css hamburger icon. #33

Currently we include fontawesome but use it only for the hamburger icon on small screens. Since we talk about 85kb this should be replaces by a pure css hamburger icon unless we intend to use fontawesome more in the future.

Just as a hint. Should be easy by using this html unicode ☰

Increased importance. To follow the GDPR rules we need to mention external resources which are loaded. A bit annoying just for one symbol.
