Transparant mode #402

I've seen a couple of references but no issue to track progress yet: it would 
be cool to have a 'transparent' mode, especially in landscape mode.

This is certainly possible: for example the KlearKeys keyboard has a really 
nice implementation.

(I'm on 1.37.1419 on the LG g2)

(I've seen the 'experimental transparent theme' but it does not appear to do 
anything here - do I understand correctly that this does not apply to Android 
(yet) ?)

Actually when using an app that doesn't allow itself to be resized (quiz 
battle) it was easy to see the transparency already works for the keyboard, 
though the autocomplete bar has a solid background.

So this would 'just' be a matter of providing an option to not resize the 
application window.
