Howdy folks, We would need to create an SCM Plan for our project since it will be used as a guideline when it comes to implementing and controlling the change of this project configuration items. This SCM Plan shall need to be created as soon as possible. Here I am assigning you the task for each member.

Faizah as Configuration Management(CM) Manager is responsible to ensure all of the contents written in the SCM plan is accurate.

Below is the document that contains the distribution part of each member that I breakdown. Please take note ya. Please replies back.
