Add new bookmakers to production #19

Currently the newly added bookmakers are not actively running on a VM.

They should be well tested on the local windows PC before being tested on a VM.

As we don't want our update speed to decrease, a new VM needs to be created to host these scrapers (schedule 2).

Just started VM with schedule 2 bookmakers, now we will see what it takes for it to crash
