port PS 4000A to graph-prototype #125

"Streaming" of one port sort of works (*), rapid block not yet implemented.

I have a weird problem when using the multithreaded simple scheduler, where the scheduler stops calling the block at some point (sometimes it calls available_samples only once, sometimes more often, but stops when the actual streaming data is received by the polling thread.
