globus fetch is missing ensure_valid_output_path import #31

Trying a simple fetch with:

$ cat fetch.txt 
globus://82f1b5c6-6e9b-11e5-ba47-22000b92c6ec/sample_data/hopv_train.csv 37137 data/data/hopv_train.csv

yields:
