usage metrics #85

It would be nice if we can notified when howfairis is used. Probably it makes sense to think about it when we have a GH action or GH bot. There should also be an opt-out option for the user.

Be aware we already have https://github.com/fair-software/badge

Also note that making a GitHub bot is not foreseen at the moment. Remember our discussion here https://github.com/NLeSC/generalization/issues/98#issuecomment-732872939:

Could be achieved by hosting badge images ourselves (see #60) and mining the access log of the server.
