Add docs

• Update notebooks in /examples
  • Remove test_fairworkflows
  • Rename noodles_fw to fairworkflows-quick-start and adapt it slightly so it is more represented as the quick start notebook for the project.
• Update README to the current state of the project
• Add basic sphinx documentation, basically a copy of the readme + an API reference.

When this is merged I will setup readthedocs and add a link to the readme
