Clearing cache for fdp-storage newer than 0.7.0 #120

After updating fdp-storage to a version above 0.7.0, it was nice to be able to reset the fdp-storage cache using the blossom interface. It would also be nice to be able to set the fdp-storage operation mode (with or without a cache)
