[BOUNTY] Implement a subgraph to obtain BZZ price data

Motivation / background / user story:

bzz.exchange requires an updated subgraph to replace the existing one, which is used to get BZZ-DAI and BZZ-ETH price data.

Tasks

• Add BZZ-DAI and BZZ-ETH price feeds
• Create a subgraph on mainnet that supports multisig
• Transfer multisig ownership to Swarm

Approving criteria

• All tasks are completed.
• Ability to fetch the data in the new subgraph update.

Timeline

• Applications and selection of applicant (as needed, possible approx. 72 hours after publishing).
• Deadline for implementation is 1 week after selection.

Between 60 to 80 hours of effort are estimated for this bounty.

Compensation

2500 DAI to be disbursed in BZZ (as of the price of BZZ on the day of the payout as determined by Fair Data Society).

Bounty process

• One applicant will be selected to work on the project.
• Upon completion or deadline reached, the bounty will be awarded to the selected applicant, if the approving criteria is met.
• If the approving criteria is not met, another applicant will be selected. Consequentially the deadline will be extended.
• If no project matches all the approving criteria, no bounty will be awarded.
