default gas values #72

now are specified with Number, getting complaints that numbers should be specified inside of "string", else web3 fails conversion on windows

also default gas price and default amount of gas is way too high

hmm... the gas values for repeated tx should always be the same, so if we measure it, we should know it exactly. Or am I missing something?

they are too big now :) so simple transactions cost 0.01 D3X
