@Zalfsten Is it planed to make mainteance, out of service events or service operation harming error available to first level support i.e. data stewards or Zamed Tickect system? This could help to support pro-active information of users for service outages and prevent unnesseasry and repeating questions from service users. Like https://status.datacite.org/ enable also subsribtion to get notified.
