Update various README files #14

Now that the new version FairCoin has been launched we need to update various README files. This also includes a notice in the old FairCoin1 tree.

Just to clarify, are old faircoin1 assets accepted on the faircoin2 wallet for direct deposit on an address, or they need to be changed by a central authority? One of the most urgent information to prominently display is this one IMHO.

Also the main webpage still has links to the old wallet https://getfaircoin.net/tutorial/ In case a central authority is needed to convert between assets, then any more day passing without updating the links will mean more work for this central authority.

For the first part: 98569c4 fixes it, the README has bee updated. For the second part: web site administration of getfaircoin is out of the scope of this source tree. Nevertheless, admins have been notified.

ACK. I recommend moving the link prominently higher in the README. Also the relevant FAQ question lacks precise information:

he last FairCoin1 block defines the final coin supply. The FairCoin chain administrators will then create the final amount of coins in the new chain by co-signing a special coin supply message which is saved in the blockchain. This administrative procedure can take place just once. No further coins can be added to the blockchain in addition to this initial coin supply. We then take a snapshot of all balances at the final block height in the FairCoin1 blockchain and create corresponding transactions in the new FairCoin blockchain, thereby re-distributing all of the coins in a 1:1 manner.

This does not specify when is the last block of faircoin1 and who are or at least how to contact the "freecoin1 administrators". Also when and how this administrative procedure will take place and how to be informed about it. Also is not clear if it can happen once for everyone or once for each wallet.

I hope this analysis is useful, not meaning to criticise, just making the journey with the eyes of a usual crypto user evaluating this plan. If given better information, I'm available to update the information, I'll go through this whole journey anyway to convert my faircoin1 wallet.

Last day we tried this journey succesfully:

Since the transition is just seamless, perhaps the FAQ needs less information or rewording to be less confusing.

We should have or extend a readme on the FairCoin client

Extending the simplified description here https://fair-coin.org/en/wallets
