feat: ✨ validation status + trigger bot rerun full validation #56

This PR contains update to add the status of each fair item's validation. Metadata files content are validated to ensure the proper formatting. A command was created for the bot to listen for to rerun full validation workflows through the frontend. Db keys were added for each fair item to validate if the file existing as well.
