Not able to pair new devices while not at the limit #375

Running firmware 320 but getting a situation where not able to pair any new devices

Around 21 devices in total with about 10 routers

Had exactly the same issue. In my case, I had to physically swap two equivalent devices from two locations where I have Zigate deployed. It was as if the end device got blacklisted somehow.
