Read Attribute Response shows zero size and unknow data type for tuya products #405

I have a few tuya zigbee products , When I request the Read Attribute I always get the size of the attribute data as 0 and unknow data type. While the Attribute report packets are OK.

Its not the case for all devices. After checking a bit more found that only a certain device is causing this issue.
