Group Bind doesn't work

If you use the Bind API ( 0x0030 ) where you can sepecify a Source IEEE and a GroupId with address mode 0x01, it looks like the group bind is not issue.

Here is with ZiGate V2 where the GroupId seems to be not the one expected

Then it is important to note than on V1, even if the Bind seems to be correct, the end result is not

Add ZiGate to group 0x0000 and then bind a remote on Cluster 0x0006 with group 0x0000, the Zigate doesn't report anything to the plugin
