Compatible with legacy power meters (not Linky)? #196

Hi,

I was wondering if this was also compatible with legacy power meters, since the pinout used by Zlinky_TIC predates the Linky meters, and its specifications did not change AFAIK.

ZLinky is only compatible with Linky.
