If fetal sample is linked to the fetal subject (personal), we can't express 'negative age' or 'undetermined DoB'. If fetal sample is linked to mother, there is no way to express this except using a BiospecimenType, but that is ambiguous - is the subject a fetus, or carrying one? does the sample tranfer over to another subject after birth? etc.
